The Whangarei Repertory Society Inc. is Northland's longest running(and oldest) theatre company who resides in the Octagon Theatre, Whangarei's first purpose built theatre. All of which is nestled behind a historic 100+ year old kauri villa.
With all this history, it is no easy task to keep all the buildings maintained, And improvements and restorations can be extremely costly as a non-for-profit charity. That's why we are asking you for your help to keep Northland's performing arts heritage alive.
With your donation, big or small, you will be helping current restoration projects fo the old kauri villa, contributing to new and improved theatre magic tricks, and the regular maintenance and protection of our old heritage buildings.
